This client called us in to work on a recently landscaped garden. Unfortunately, they had lost many of the new plants during the summer heatwave. The challenge was to install retrofit garden irrigation pipework to the various areas of the large garden, without spoiling the beautiful landscaping.

This client called us in to work on a recently landscaped garden. Unfortunately, they had lost many of the new plants during the summer heatwave. The challenge was to install retrofit garden irrigation pipework to the various areas of the large garden, without spoiling the beautiful landscaping.
The layout of the garden creates a variety of conditions for the plants. Some areas were fairly shaded, others were victim to the sun’s rays. The irrigation control had different levels that catered different conditions around the garden. To support the customer as much as possible we installed a high end Hunter irrigation controller. This internet connected controller is able to track the flows of water and confirm everything is working as expected. Any detected broken pipe or stuck valve is reported to us automatically before any harm comes to the plants. The smart controller adjusts the amount of irrigation throughout the season depending on the local weather conditions. For example, any predicted rain will notify the controller to not water the garden.
